ingredients

✔.4nos.egg whites
✔.1tsp lemon juice
✔.1/3cup sugar (add gradually)
✔.4nos.egg yolks
✔.1/3cup sugar
✔.1/2cup milk
✔.1tsp vanilla essence
✔.1/3cup butter
✔.1cup all purpose flour
✔.1/4cup cornflour
✔.1tsp baking powder
✔.1/4tsp baking soda
✔.1/4tsp salt
✔.add wet ingredients
✔.add meringue
✔.pour batter in a greased Bundt pan
✔.tap it twice
✔.cover with aluminum foil
✔.bake for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame
✔.cover and let it cool down
✔.demold cake from pan
✔.prick cake from both sides
for milk bath
✔.1cup milk (cold)
✔.1/4cup heavy cream
✔.1/4cup condensed milk
✔.mix well and set aside
✔.pour milk bath on cake
✔.refrigerate for 2-3 hours
✔.take 3 mangoes
✔.peel of mangoes
✔.cut them into slices and cubes
✔.cover cake with a thick layer of whipping cream
✔.cover with sliced mangoes
✔.fill center with mango cubes
✔.garnish with almonds and pistachios
✔.the cake is ready to serve!
