ABOUT THIS CLASS: This is a gentle flow that packs a lot of benefit into a short amount of time. Moving our spine in all of its four primary directions - flexion (forward bending), extension (backward bending/arching), lateral flexion (side bending), and rotation (twisting) has a big positive impact on mobility, coordination, nervous system regulation, alertness and energy. This is a great session for those days when you don't have a lot of time on your mat but want to make the most of it!
