Описание: Oven baked chicken lollipop drumsticks

5-6 chicken legs
1 bottle of favorite bbq sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Wash and pat dry chicken set aside. Roughly chop onion set aside. Now cut chicken as seen in this video using and paper towel to pull off chicken skin from bottom bone repeat until all are done to stand up lollipop trim off top part of chicken to an even surface. Mix all dry seasoning and season lollipop drumsticks generously then cover exposed bone with foil so bone will not burn. In a saucepan add bottle of bbq sauce and allow to warm on low heat. Now in a baking dish add 1/3 cup of water add chicken top side down add onions and place in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes remove from oven dipping each lollipop into bbq sauce making sure there are coated well place back in the oven for 15 minutes then remove brush with leftover bbq sauce remove foil from tip Plate and Enjoy!!!!!
