The crew were lovely and the lounge was perfect. The seat itself was nice and sleek and the food onboard was quite nice. The experience at LHR was incredible however JFK is the worst airport I’ve ever been to. We landing on time but were then made to wait 25-30 mins in the middle of the taxi-way for a remote bus gate to free up. Once we finally parked there, we waited another 10 minutes for the bus itself to arrive, and then a further 15 minutes because the ground staff couldn’t align the stairs with the aircraft’s door and kept hitting the fuselage. If it weren’t for this then I would’ve given the ground experience a 10/10 but I’m unable to due to JFK’s horrible management.
