The flight was great, however not perfect. We had to take a shuttle to the aircraft, however 2 minutes after we began moving, we parked up on the side of the tarmac for almost 15 minutes before actually getting to the plane. Once we had boarded, the crew seemed quite stressed and hurried. And don’t even get me started on the chaos at check in, we were lucky that we had a connecting flight in business class so they allowed to use that queue - if not we would’ve been there for over an hour longer.
