Описание: Hybrid recanalization of a right coronary artery CTO. The LAD had significant disease and was stented first. Antegrade crossing of the RCA CTO was unsuccessful due to subintimal hematoma formation precluding Stingray-based re-entry despite using STRAW, bobsled, and the double blind stick and swap techniques. A retrograde guidewire was advanced to the distal RCA, but the microcatheter could not follow due to tortuosity. Reverse CART was unsuccessful. After balloon dilation of the septal collateral the Caravel microcatheter was advanced to the distal RCA followed by successful retrograde crossing, externalization and stenting.
