External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on June 30 attended 'Syama Prasad Lecture, New India and the World' in Kolkata, and talked about the importance of PM Modi’s US state visit. Answering the questions from the media, he said, “This visit was completely of a different level. This was the only time when the prime minister of India addressed the joint session of the US Congress. This time we had all the business tycoons there. Look at the outcomes of the talks. An agreement on the ‘jet engine’.”
