Ingredients list ::
Tomatoes – 5 medium-sized
Green chillies – 12–15 (as per taste)
Mint leaves (Pudina) – 1 bunch
Sesame seeds – 1 small cup (60 g)
Tamarind – small lemon-sized piece
Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste)
Oil – 2 tbsp (for tempering)
Tempering / Tadka:
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Chana dal – 2 tsp
Red chillies – 3
Garlic – 10 cloves (5 crushed for tempering + 10 for grinding)
Curry leaves – few
Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
