2 Chicken breast diced small 400g / 14oz
70g / 2½oz Cooked Ham diced small
300g / 10.5 oz Button Mushrooms halved
200ml Chicken stock
5 tbsp cream of anything soup powder -    • Cream of Anything Soup - NO CREAM - The mu...  
30g / 1oz Butter (unsalted)
1 Garlic clove minced
½ onion diced small
Splash of cream
Pinch of Salt
½tsp Black pepper
½tsp Dried Thyme
Parsley chopped fine
Hot water crust pastry -    • Hot water crust pastry  
1 egg, for the egg wash

Oven – 170c 340f – 45 mins
