Mooli is super beneficial in terms of Vitamin B1 to B6, Calcium & Potassium. Zara hat ke, this one is a refreshing change to other kadhi variants, loved this combination of Mooli cooked along with Besan kadhi. Just another way to feed different types vegetables to family.
Ingredients
1 cup curd
1 glass water
1 tsp haldi
½ tsp hing
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ cup besan
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1 tsp jeera
10 to 12 curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 to 3 green chillies
½ cup sliced mooli
1 tsp methi seeds
1 cup mooli ke chopped patte
Method
In mixing bowl add curd, and water mix it.
Add haldi, hing , red chilli powder, besan and salt as per taste mix it and make thin batter .
In a kadai add oil , jeera rai curry leaves, chopped garlic , chopped ginger and green chillies mix it saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Than add sliced molli and methi seeds mix it and cover with lid cook on low flame for 5 minutes than add chopped mooli leaves (mooli ke patte ) saute for 4 to 5 minutes than add prepared curd batter and water bring boil and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes.
Served mooli kadhi with rice.
