For Recipe:
Mooli ki kadhi

Step 1:
Mooli ( crushed ) 1 cup
Leaves cut into small pieces 1/2 cup
Step 2:
Besan 1/2 cup
Buttermilk 1 1/2 liters
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Salt to taste

Step 3:
Oil 2tbsp
Fenugreek seed 1/4tsp
Hing 1/4tsp
Black mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Clove 4-5 pc
Dried red chilli 2pc
Curry leaves 6-8 pc
Onion 1 pc
Green chilli 1tsp
Ginger & garlic paste 2tbsp

Coriander leaves

Method :
Crush mooli into chucks using mortar & pestle or grinding stone and cut leaves into small pieces. Sauté mooli and leaves in a pan with little oil and keep it aside.
Make kadhi mixture mixing all ingredients of step 2 in a bowl and whisk it.
Take a kadai, heat oil add all whole spices when crackle add curry leaves, chopped onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Cook it. Add kadhi mixture and stir ir till the first boil as it can stick to the bottom of the kadhai. After first boil add sauté mooli and leaves and cook it for 15 - 20 minutes in sim flame.
Sprinkle some chopped coriander and serve hot.
