3 Eggs White
½ Cup Double Cream
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Strawberries

BASE:
1½ Cups Chocolate Cookies
¼ Cup Melted Butter

MIRROR GLAZE:
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
¾ Cup Sugar
⅓ Cup Water
1½ Cups White Chocolate
2 Sheets Gelatine
Red Edible Gel Food Coloring
