Welcome to my 20 min seniors strength workout at home. In todays full body workout we have 10 exercise for 2 rounds. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. This over 60s and 70s strength workout will also include a full body warm up with a full body cool down stretch.
