Описание: I've been getting a lot of requests for recording a shorter version of my Let's Move Strength videos, but I really did want to integrate all the exercises we would normally do in a full class (except the 2nd leg track; the lunges) To do this I really had to keep the pace high and move on quickly, hope you like it!!
