• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (120 g)
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar (70 g)
• 1 large egg
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (220 g)
• 1/4 cup almond flour (30 g, optional - replaces part of the flour)

No almond flour? Use 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour in total.
