500 whipped cream 42%or36%

Operating procedures
1. First mix the tarts evenly.(refrigerated for use)
2. 250 g whipped cream & 55 gsugar Heating 65°C
3. Add egg yolks vanilla & remaining whipped cream
製作流程
1. 將塔皮依序攪拌(冷藏備用)
2. 250g鮮奶油+55g砂糖加熱65度
3. 加入蛋黃、香草&剩餘的鮮奶油攪拌(過濾)
