Ready for a workout that gives you a high step count while you tone your full body? This 30-minute all-standing strength training + cardio workout with dumbbells is designed to help you burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost energy—without getting down on the floor.
Equipment:
-1 lighter set + 1 medium set of dumbbells (I’m using 10 lb and 15 lb)
-Water + a little space to move
Workout Structure:
✅ Mobility warm-up
✅ Strength circuit: 6 exercises, 2 rounds (40s work / 20s rest)
✅ Cardio circuit: 6 exercises, 2 rounds (30s work / 15s rest)
✅ Relaxing cool-down
This is a great option if you want a standing full body workout, dumbbell toning, and cardio at home—all in one session.
