The yips in golf is a very common issue for many golfers. Many of us probably don’t suffer from the actual yips, but may have experienced similar effects; whether it is forgetting how to swing your driver, constantly pulling or pushing putts, or losing the muscle memory of how to swing a golf club at all! It’s painful, and difficult to overcome.

We have been through our own form of the yips, more than once...and we want to share our tips for getting over the yips, and what has helped us in the past.
