1 kg Fish
3 tblsp chickpea flour
1 tblsp salt
1 tblsp black pepper
1 tblsp red pepper
İnstructions ;
1.Mix the salt , black pepper and red pepper with the chickpea flour
2.Cut the battered fish in it, coat it well with flour until both sides are coated
3.Then put it in hot oil and fry it
