Milchschnitte Torte / Milk slice cake

Описание: Hallo ihr Lieben, heute gibt es ein tolles Rezept für eine ganz tolle Torte, die Milchschnitte Torte. Sie ist total einfach zu fertigen und schmeckt sehr sehr lecker, braucht allerdings etwas Zeit zum kühlen.

Für die Milchschnitte Torte werden folgende Zutaten benötigt:

1 dunkler Biskuitboden 20 cm

Für die Cremefüllung:
250 g Schlagsahne
20 g Sahnesteif
450 g Quark
100 g Puderzucker
50 g Zucker
35 g Vanillepudding Pulver
1 EL Vanillepaste
6 Blatt weiße Gelatine

Für weitere Tortenfüllung und Dekoration:
8-10 Stück Milchschnitte
1 kleine Dose Mandarinen
200 g gesüßte Sahne

1 Tortenring zum fixieren der fertig dekorierten Torte

Hello everyone, today I have a great recipe for a truly amazing cake, the Milk slice cake. It's incredibly easy to make and tastes delicious, but it does take some time to chill.

The following ingredients are needed for the Milk slice cake:

1 dark sponge cake, 20 cm long

For the cream filling:
250 g whipped cream
20 g cream stiffener
450 g quark
100 g powdered sugar
50 g sugar
35 g vanilla pudding powder
1 tbsp vanilla paste
6 sheets of white gelatin

For additional cake filling and decoration:
8-10 Milk slice cakes
1 small can of mandarin oranges
200 g sweetened cream

1 cake ring to secure the finished decorated cake
