If you’re craving routine and structure but feel stuck trying to move forward, this gentle orienting practice is for you.
After the holidays, many people want a sense of steadiness again. Not rigid rules. Just something supportive to return to. At the same time, it’s very common to feel ungrounded, hesitant, or unable to get going.
This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s often a nervous system response.
In this short practice, I guide you through a gentle orienting exercise that helps your nervous system register safety by slowly taking in your environment.
When the nervous system feels safer, clarity returns and stepping into routine can feel supportive rather than forced.
This practice is especially helpful if you:
Feel stuck but want some structure again
Feel ungrounded or pulled in multiple directions
Find that forcing routine makes things feel harder
