In 1977 WTVJ-4 reporter Ike Seamans explored Cuba as restrictions on travel to the island by Americans were about to fall away.
In this story Seamans reports on how residents of Havana got around -- on not-too-reliable public transit and in a ragtag collection of vintage American cars and tinny European imports.
