The protein comes from all the yoghurt in the dough! Plus! low-fat mozzarella cheese is lower in calories which allows you to use the entire ball, upping the overal protein!
Ingredients!
For the sauce:
3 cloves of garlic
70 gr tomato paste
280 gr tomato sauce (1 can, any type works)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
big pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Dough:
100 gr Self raising flour
150 gr non-fat greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Topping:
Handful fresh basil
125 gr low-fat mozzarella cheese
