In the final lesson, we tackle the most difficult control to escape: the Body Triangle. We explore how to unlock the legs by switching your hips or scrambling, and the importance of falling to the "Weak Side" (lock side) to pressure the lock.
We also show a sneaky "Foot Lock Counter" you can use when your opponent crosses their feet incorrectly or has a weak lock, and how to deal with arm isolations within the body triangle.
