Red meat is good for you - IF you are eating grass-fed beef or bison. This recipe is delicious and good for you! Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up burgers and ice cream–you just have to substitute healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 lb grass-fed bison
1 tsp. Bragg’s liquid amino acids
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Directions:
1. Heat coconut oil in pan on medium-high heat.
2. Season ground bison with all ingredients.
3. Form quarter pound bison patties and cook on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
4. Serve atop Ezekiel bread with lettuce, tomatoes, vegenaise, stone ground mustard, and enjoy!
