In times of uncertainty — when the world feels loud, overwhelming, or unpredictable — the body often holds tension long after the day is done. This gentle yoga in bed practice is an invitation to soften, breathe, and come back to a sense of safety within yourself.
This is a slow, grounding bedtime practice designed to:
• calm anxiety and racing thoughts
• soothe the nervous system
• offer comfort during emotionally uncertain times
• help you unwind without forcing sleep
You don’t need to fix anything here. You don’t need to push or strive. This practice is about meeting yourself where you are and allowing the body to settle naturally.
