Arleta: LAFD Conducts Full River Rescue Operation Amid Heavy Storms.

Описание: LAFD Valley Bureau units and Swift Water Rescue teams were dispatched to the Pacoima Wash near Osborne Street in Arleta at approximately 1:27 a.m. Tuesday for a full river rescue. Ground crews and air assets located an adult male stuck under a bridge as rain intensified across the region. While the patient was found to be in no immediate danger of being swept away, he was suffering from a non-life-threatening medical complaint and was unable to self-extricate. Firefighters successfully assisted the man over a security fence and provided a medical assessment before transporting him to a local hospital. All air assets were released once the patient was safely on solid ground.
