The relatives of a family of five killed in house fire In Nwoya district wept outside Gulu High court after a man charged for their murder was given bail. Speaking to NTV Gulu High Court Chief Registrar Henry Twinomuhwezi said Lakony David Livingstone was granted bail on grounds of ill health. Lakony and the family deceased were allegedly wrangling over a piece of land when the deaths occurred.
