Residents of Northern Uganda are calling for arrest and trial of suspects, believed to be perpetrators of two decade civil war in the region. The calls were made as the region celebrated International Criminal Justice Day. Already, a former LRA top commander Thomas Kwoyelo is undergoing trial in the anti war crimes court in Gulu for over 53 counts of crimes against humanity.
