Описание: Time Out Market Lisboa challenged chef Henrique Sá Pessoa to be inspired by the story of Samir Karimi, as 27-year-old violinist from Afghanistan. Born in Mazar-I-Sharif, Samir played for 10 years at the Music Academy of Kabul and was part of the ANIM Orchestra, until the Taliban rose to power and forbade music. Four months ago, Samir brought his violin to Portugal in search of a safe place to pursue his musical dreams. Inspired by his story, chef Henrique Sá Pessoa created a dish that combines the simplicity of vegetables such as eggplants and tomatoes with the aromatic flavours of spices and yogurt sauce. Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa believes his dish, just like Samir, is “simple, but full of personality and culturally rich”.
