Time Out Market Lisboa is where most people come looking for typical Portuguese food. But there’s nothing typical about this Christmas. Right now, conflicts in countries like Ukraine or Afghanistan have forced 103 million people to abandon their homes.
If food tells us stories, can it also make us think?
That is why, this Christmas, we invited six chefs from Time Out Market to create dishes inspired by the stories of six people who had to leave their home countries.
A special menu worth tasting and definitely some food for thought.
Available until the 6th of January, 2023.
The proceeds will go to aid Portugal com ACNUR/UNHCR.
