I am taking a BBQ tour of North Carolina and will start at Stamey's Barbeque in Greensboro, NC. Stamey's is considered one of the best BBQ places in North Carolina, serving Lexington Style BBQ. Lexington Style is smoking pork shoulders for 8-10 hours over hickory wood to give the resulting pork a nice smokey delicious flavor.
