Ultimate Oyster Mushroom Masala/Indian Style

Описание: Oyster mushroom is quite different type of mushroom.Basically button mushrooms are very common now a days but oyster mushroom is very uncommon .And it is very famous for its unique & awesome taste.
Today I am preparing Oyster Mushroom Masala.

Oyster Mushroom Masala
Ingredients
1.250 grms oyster mushroom
2.2 medium sized chopped onion
3.Make a paste of a half portion of whole garlic,1inch ginger & 6 green chillies
4.2 medium sized tomato pureed
5.1/2 tsp turmeric powder
6.1 tsp coriander powder
7.1 tsp cumin powder
8.1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
9.1/2 tsp garam masala powder
10.Few chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
11.Salt as per taste
12.Refined oil for cooking
