Oyster Mushroom - 300g.
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp.
Chopped Onion - 2 medium size.
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp.
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp.
Chopped Tomato - 2 large size.
Dry red chilli - 2.
Whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste.
