This week was all about testing the engine.
I hit a few key workouts midweek, and went all-in on a big race rehearsal for IRONMAN 70.3 Western Mass to dial in pacing, setup, nutrition, and mental focus. It was a key checkpoint as we get closer to race day—and an awesome course recon for my season opener tri NEXT WEEK! 🏊♂️ 🚴🏽 🏃🏻
I wrapped up the week with a nice trail run on Sunday to shake things up and reset the mind 🧠
