Paying back the money starts at - 4:45
Because this task is such a grind/pain in the @$$, I figured I would toss this up for anyone that was curious, but couldn't be bothered to do it themselves.
As a side note, paying back the money triggers Substory 52, which is needed to unlock Substory 79 to challenge Amon to a fight (Complete Substories 1 - 78) for the "Go Back to Kamurocho!" trophy, which in turn is required to unlock the "The Savior" trophy. (Complete all Substroies)
Also, for anyone that is wondering, I farmed all of that IDL from the final 2 missions in the Manager Kenshiro minigame at the Night Club.
