Описание: I've decided to share my ZOE Nutrition experience as I try to combat fatigue. This time you join me for test day. I'll share everything I had to do over the day including gut health test, eating scientific muffins and the finger prick blood test.

I will make follow-up videos on the Challenge phase, what I learn when my personalised results are in, and how Zoe influences my food choices moving forwards, and of course how it is affecting my health.
