Looking for a calming anchor to ground you in the madness of the world? Trying out mindfulness meditation? This is a guided practice perfect even for beginners where I invite you to explore three different grounding anchors to use as your focus point for your meditation. Because sometimes, the breath and/or body just don't feel accessible to us! Discovering multiple anchors that help to calm our minds and nervous system is so helpful for developing our emotional intelligence skills and capacity for self-regulation. You are welcome to close your eyes or keep them open during this practice. If you do choose to keep them open, enjoy the nature scene smorgasbord I layered on since I recorded it audio only. #mindfulness #meditation #selfcare
