In this episode, we journey to the jaw-dropping Milford Sound, often described as the “eighth wonder of the world.”Located in the heart of Fiordland National Park and carved by glaciers over millions of years, Milford Sound is a place where towering cliffs, plunging waterfalls, and mystical mist collide in a scene that feels almost unreal.

Fun fact: Milford Sound receives up to 7 meters of rainfall a year, making it one of the wettest places on Earth — and that constant rain only adds to its dramatic beauty.

From the moment we began the drive through the Southern Alps to the Sound itself, it felt like we were entering another world. The winding roads, epic mountain views, and sheer scale of the landscape left us completely speechless.
