今回はゆる〜くフィレンツェの街、ポンテベッキオ付近をお散歩してきました。

朝食はフィレンツェ中央市場の向かいにある老舗 Pasticceria Sieni (パスティッチェリーア シエーニ) のScendiletto (シェンディレット)、Sfoglia con crema di pistacchio (ピスタチオクリームのパイ生地ペストリー) とカッフェで。

そして、昼食は中央市場で鶏の唐揚げ、野菜の揚げ物をテイクアウト。

心地良い日差しのなか昼食を楽しんだ後はカッフェで一息してからいざポンテベッキオへ!!

天候にも恵まれた久しぶりのポンテベッキオ付近のお散歩は心地良く、土曜日だったのもあり大勢の人で賑わっていました。

Hello everyone!!

This time, We took a walk around Ponte Vecchio, the city of Florence.

We taken the breakfast "Scendiletto"(Puff pastry with custard cream) , "Sfoglia con crema di pistacchio"(Puff pastry with pistachio cream) and coffee at the well-established Pasticceria Sieni, opposite the central market in Florence.

Then, for lunch, take out fried chicken and fried vegetables at the central market.

After enjoying lunch in the pleasant sunshine, take a break at the caffe before heading to Ponte Vecchio !!

The walk around Ponte Vecchio, which was blessed with good weather for the first time in a long time, was comfortable, and it was Saturday, so it was crowded with many people.

【Scendiletto シェンディレット】

トスカーナの典型的なお菓子、デザートでもあるシェンディレットは濃厚なカスタードクリームをパイ生地で挟んだものです。

イタリア語で直訳するとベッドの下、脇に敷くカーペットの意となります。

しかしながら、トスカーナの人々の解釈の仕方は "ベットから降りたくなるくらい美味しい最高の朝食" と言うほど本当に美味しいトスカーナ名物お菓子であります。
