Ingredients honeycomb bread
• 4 cups flour
• ½ cup oil
• 1 glass warm water
• 5 tablespoons powdered milk
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon yeast
• A pinch of salt
For topping:
• Sesame seeds
For filling:
• Cheese
• Nutella
For the top after baking:
• Condensed Milk
Instructions
1. Activate the yeast
Mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
2. Make the dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour, powdered milk, and salt.
Add the oil and the yeast mixture, then knead until you get a soft, smooth dough.
3. Let the dough rise
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
4. Shape and fill
Divide the dough into small balls.
Fill each one with cheese and Nutella, then close the dough around the filling.
5. Prepare for baking
Place the filled dough balls on a baking tray.
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
6. Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Final step
After baking, drizzle some condensed milk on top.
Qabili Pulao Recipe 🍖🍚
Ingredients:
3 cup price
• Meat – 1.5 kg
• Oil – 1 glass
• Onion – 2, chopped
• Tomato – 1, chopped
• Water – as needed
• Salt – to taste
• Rice – as needed
. Four carrots.
. One cup raisin.
Instructions:
1. Add the meat and oil to a pressure cooker. Fry until the meat is browned.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until slightly browned.
3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until the tomato softens.
4. Add water, cover, and steam for 20–30 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
5. Add the meat water to the rice pot and a little extra water.
6. Add salt and then the rice. Cook until the water in the rice is absorbed.
Add carrots and raisin and cover 
7. Place the rice in the oven and cook at 350°F for 40 minutes to steam it.
Afghan Bolani
Dough
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon oil
• About 1–1½ cups water (as needed)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
2. Add oil and gradually add water while mixing to form a soft dough.
3. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.

Potato Filling
• 1 kg boiled potatoes, mashed
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• Fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped (as needed)
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• Salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, onion, and fresh coriander.
2. Add chili flakes, garlic powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt.
3. Mix well until the filling is evenly seasoned.

Assembling & Cooking
1. Divide dough into small balls.
2. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
3. Spread potato filling on one half of the dough.
4. Fold the other half over and press edges to seal.
5. Cook on a hot pan with a little oil until both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve hot with yogurt or chutney. 😋
Borani Banjan (Afghan Eggplant with Yogurt)
Ingredients
For the eggplant:
• 2 eggplants
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• Salt to taste
For the yogurt sauce:
• 1 cup yogurt
• 2 cloves garlic, grated
For garnish: fresh cilantro
Eggplant with Tomato Sauce
1. Wash and cut the eggplants, then sprinkle with a little salt.
2. Fry them in oil until golden and cooked. Set aside.
3. In another pot, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add chopped tomatoes with a little salt.
4. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and mix well.
6. Add the fried eggplants, stir gently, cover, and cook on low heat for 10–20 minutes.
Yogurt Sauce
Mix yogurt with grated garlic in a bowl.
