Vegetable Makhni Recipe 👇

Ingredients:
1 big Eggplant ( 500gm)
2 medium Potatoes ( Boiled & Mashed)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp chilly powder
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp green chillies chopped
Salt
 1tbsp + 2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala

For gravy

1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamom
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves
1tbsp ginger garlic ( chopped)
1 large  onion ( sliced)
1 large tomato ( sliced)
10-15 cashews
2 green chillies
Few red chillies
2 cubes unsalted butter
Oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/4 TSP turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
 salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp crushed kasuri methi, dried fenugreek leaves
chopped coriander leaves, to garnish
