DIY 6 Kg Extruder Line - test run with ABS pellets
Today we are doing the first test run with ABS granulate. When the temperature rises, the PID controller overrides this is normal. The Rex 100 is capable of learning. The plant needs a total of about 4.5 Kw, but today we will only test the extruder. At 20 % of the engine rails about 18 revolutions per minute the extruder delivers about 2,4 Kg ABS filament. I think 6 Kg are loose in it. The test run went super.

Heute machen wir den ersten Testlauf mit ABS Granulat. Beim Hochfahren der Temperatur übersteuern die PID Regler das ist aber normal. Die Rex 100 sind lernfähig. Die Anlage braucht Gesamt ca. 4,5 Kw heute werden wir aber nur den Extruder testen. Bei 20 % der Motorleisten ungefähr 18 Umdrehungen pro Minute fördert der Extruder ca. 2,4 Kg ABS Filament. Ich denke 6 Kg sind locker drin. Der Testlauf ist super verlaufen
