As the last video about the DIY 6 Kg Extruder Line we deal with the insulation of the barrel. This is not to be underestimated - it saves a lot of energy and has a more stable temperature which is very important for the extrusion of filament. I hope you will be able to watch the videos because so many people are rebuilding the extruder. If there are any questions, just write me and I will make another video if necessary.
I will start now with the puller. The puller is ready now, only the software is missing. Finally it should keep the filament always on the nominal diameter by a control. So that the filament varies only 2-3 /100mm.
Barrel Isolierung;
Als letztes Video über den DIY 6 Kg Extruder Line beschäftigen wir uns mit der Isolierung des Barrels. Das ist nicht zu unterschätzen man spart viel Energie und hat dazu noch eine stabiliere Temperatur was für das extruieren von Filament sehr wichtig ist. Ich hoffe ihr kommt mit den Videos zurecht da soviele Leute den Extruder am nachbauen sind. Wenn noch Fragen da sind einfach schreiben ich mache notfalls noch ein Video.
Ich fange jetzt mit dem Puller an. Der Puller ist ja soweit fertig nur noch die Software fehlt. Die soll zum Schluß das Filament über eine Steuerung immer auf den Solldurchmesser halten. So das das Filament nur 2-3 /100mm variiert.
