The lyrics reject blind loyalty to banners, princes and hollow oaths.
No honor myths. No polished speeches.
Only the individual standing in the mud, deciding for himself.
The repeated line “Wer keine Angst vorm Sterben hat, braucht keinen Herrn” captures the core idea: authority loses power over those who no longer fear death.
This is not about heroic glory.
It is about autonomy under steel.
About refusing to kneel.
