Chakra Tones series video 3 - Solar Plexus Chakra Seed sound “RAM”

Описание: This is a 7 part Chakra Tones Series and in this second video I will be using the seed sound “RAM” which activates the Solar Plexus Chakra.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the musical note “E”, which is the third of the seven major musical tones.

Vocal chanting helps resonate energy within your body. To activate the Solar Plexus Chakra use the seed sound “RAM”, (with the a sound in “ah”). Pick a pitch that feels natural and easy to your voice, simply inhale a large breath, then sustain the sound “RAM” through the entirety of the exhale. Feel where this sound resonates in your body, bringing attention to the mid-stomach just above your navel area where the Solar Plexus to do so, each time imagining the vibrations of your voice clearing and dispelling any negative or blocked energy from the Sacral Chakra.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is where creation begins. It is where ideas and energy are converted into the will to take action. When the Solar Plexus is healthy and balanced, we understand that we are powerful beings able to create our reality by our thoughts and actions. We have the courage to seek out transformation opportunities in a healthy way when challenged.

When the Sacral Chakra is unbalanced it manifests as passive-aggressive behaviours, feeling like you have lost the ”wind in yourself”, feeling like a victim of circumstances, and apologising excessively.
