Today, we’re unveiling a very special creation: *“Zhong Shan Yu Mi Fu Cui Heng” (中山鱼米富翠亨).
This isn't just a dish; it's an edible story on a plate, crafted to honor the legacy of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen (Sun Zhongshan) and the fertile lands of his hometown, *Cuiheng Village in Zhongshan, Guangdong.
Our head chef was inspired by the idea of “*鱼米之乡*” (yumizhixiang) – the "land of fish and rice," a poetic Chinese phrase describing a place of immense natural abundance and prosperity. This dish is a modern interpretation of that ideal, symbolizing the nourishment and rich culture that shaped a revolutionary thinker.
