You know how some days you're just like, "I feel weird. This is a weird day?" This quick good morning workout will set you up to feel energized and motivated to tackle your day or whatever!

I've combined some of my favorite morning yoga stretches with some quick bursts of metabolism-boosting cardio, so you can start your day off on the right foot.

Do this 10-minute workout every day before you sit down for breakfast.

When you're done, jump into something a little more intensive like my 500-Calorie Burn Workout:    • BURN 500 CALORIES with this 30-Minute Card...
