鬼馬酥皮泡芙
酥皮材料:
軟化無鹽黃油 60克
糖粉 20克
低筋麵粉 70克
泡芙麵糊材料:
牛奶 200克
無鹽黃油 80克
糖 2勺
鹽 半小勺
雞蛋 4個
低筋麵粉 140克
南瓜奶油材料:
*南瓜泥 80克
淡奶油 250克
*如果用老南瓜蒸熟攪拌成泥,要80克再加上兩大勺
Pastry Cream Puffs
Pastry ingredients:
60g softened unsalted butter
20g powdered sugar
70g cake flour
Puff batter ingredients:
200g milk
80gunsalted butter
2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
140g cake flour
Pumpkin cream ingredients:
*Pumpkin puree 80g
Whipping cream 250g
*If you use old pumpkin to steam and stir to puree, you need 80 grams plus two tablespoons of sugar
