Connecting to my ancient roots, standing on the hill of Tara, as the tribes gather, deeply grateful for all of you. This emerging, evolving growing tribe of Yogies... Share this with some one you feel would benefit from connecting, and moving at this time. Share your practice, grow your practice.

Connection is what makes us human, it is the relationships we cultivate with ourselves and with others that make our lives so rich and full. It is good to take time to examine which connections we cherish and which we could do without and to strengthen those which nourish us on a deep level.

This is a chance to take the time to look inwards and examine these connections while being part of this amazing community.

The most important part of a 28-day Yoga practice is to show up. You will see results from the routine and discipline. 28 days is a long time, some days you will power through the class, some days you will be tired and some days you won’t feel like it at all. These are the most important days, even if you join the class and lie on your mat and breath you will still reap the benefits of showing up and being part of a community achieving a common goal.
